Scheduling Your Visit

After your dentist provides us with the information about your particular situation, we can arrange an appointment time for you.  

If you need to adjust your appointment time, we are happy to accommodate your request. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours advance notice if you need to change your appointment.

Our office is centrally located in Sioux Falls at the corner of West 57th Street and Broadband Avenue about 1 mile South of Empire Mall. Detailed directions are available on the Contact Us tab.

Prior to your treatment, please continue to take your medications as directed. 

When you arrive for your appointment, we will assist you with completing our registration form.  If you prefer, you can print the form, complete it at home, and bring it with you to your appointment.  

Once your treatment is complete, we will review detailed written instructions about how to care for your tooth.  If you should have questions or concerns after your treatment, please contact us promptly. 

Prior to any treatment, we will review the cost of your treatment with you.  For your payment we accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.  

We can also assist you with financing your treatment through CareCredit.  You can use your existing CareCredit account with us, or we can guide you through the process of setting up a new account. 

 We are happy to process your insurance claim for you.  We will make every effort to estimate your insurance coverage prior to your treatment; however, we cannot provide any guarantee of coverage for your treatment.
